"Pete has always been there for me and my entire family. I remember a storm about 35 years ago our chimney got struck by lightning. It collapsed through our roof and ceiling and landed in our family room floor. It must of been 9pm or so. And he personally came to the house to take pictures and start a claim. I was only 10 years old at the time, but I decided that I was going to be a customer of his for life. That’s just one example of his excellent customer service. And Jenifer in the office is great. Very helpful and always very pleasant. I couldn’t be happier with my insurance agent and his team"

"Great service friendly people. Much better than progressive and those god awfully flo and don't be your parents commercials. Pete did a good job back in the day with nephew who was autistic. In soccer. The lady that did my policy was great and patient after I told her the wrong street and had to do it all over again. Pete taking the time to talk with 10 year old about planes. Great family friendly service. Not like most businesses today give your money sign here and get out i got to be at the country club.They treated you like a person and have your best interest at hart. Like going back to the 70 and 80. Have a merry Christmas and happy new year."
