I called Jennifer to start the claim and to find out how to proceed. This individual did not have insurance or a license. This individual was mad that I contacted law enforcement and he became aggressive. He gathered friends around my vehicle while I waited for police to arrive. Jennifer stayed on the phone with me until I was able to get a hold of a neighbor I trust to sit with me. She remained calm and updated my neighbor with my consent so he could help me out and advocate for me, as I was anxious. She checked back in with me later to ensure I was okay.
